Custom Activewear From Your Tech Pack
A tech pack is only useful if the factory can read it, challenge it and build to it. We review every pack before quoting and tell you which lines will cause a problem at bulk.
What we check before quoting
Measurement consistency across sizes, seam and stitch specification, fabric behaviour against the intended fit, trim availability, and whether the labelling matches the destination market. Most packs we receive are 80% complete and the missing 20% is where cost and delay hide.
We return a marked-up review rather than a price alone. If a spec will not survive bulk production, you hear it before sampling, not after.
Pattern making and grading
Where you do not own a pattern we build one from the pack and your reference garment. Grading follows your target market: US, EU and UK size charts are not interchangeable, and a legging that fits at M will not automatically fit at XL without re-grading the rise and waistband.
Fit is confirmed on a live model or a dress form matching your target measurements, not on a flat sketch.
Fit corrections and approval rounds
One round of fit correction is normally included after the first sample. Additional rounds are charged, so it pays to consolidate feedback: comments on rise, gusset, waistband tension and leg opening should come back together, not one at a time.
Once the fit sample is signed off, the spec sheet is frozen. Any later change is a new revision with a new date.
What to send us
Tech pack (PDF or Excel), reference garment if you have one, size range and target market, fabric preference or hand-feel description, labelling artwork, target quantity and in-hand date.
The more complete the pack, the more accurate the quote. A rough idea is still workable — we will tell you what to fill in.
