ODM Activewear Manufacturer
ODM starts from a block we have already produced and refined. You change the fabric, colour and trims, put your label in, and skip most of the development cost and risk.
When ODM is the right call
ODM suits first collections, capsule drops and brands testing a new category without committing to full development. You get a garment whose fit has already been produced at scale, so the risk of a grading surprise is low.
It also suits buyers who care more about time-to-market than owning an exclusive pattern. If exclusivity matters, we can hold a block for your brand for an agreed period.
What you can change on an ODM block
Fabric composition and weight, colour, waistband height and construction, pocket placement, seam placement, logo application, labelling and packaging. What you cannot change is the underlying pattern and grading without moving to OEM.
In practice that covers most of what makes a product feel like your brand: hand-feel, colour story, logo treatment and packaging all move freely.
Exclusivity and white-labelling
Standard ODM blocks are shared across clients, which is why they are affordable. If you need a block that no one else can buy, we can agree an exclusivity window — usually tied to an annual volume commitment.
Your labels, artwork and packaging are never shared. We do not disclose client lists or produce a branded garment for anyone else.
Typical ODM path
Pick two or three blocks from our range. We send fabric cards and a price band per block. You choose colourways, we make a pre-production sample with your labels, then bulk runs after approval.
Because the pattern already exists, ODM samples are usually faster than OEM samples — the time goes into fabric and trim selection rather than pattern making.
