OEM Activewear Manufacturer

OEM is for brands that already know exactly what they want. You own the design and the technical package; we own the execution, the tolerances and the delivery date.

What OEM requires from you

A tech pack with measurements, construction details, stitch and seam types, fabric specification, colour references and labelling. If any of those are missing we will flag it before quoting, because a gap in the pack becomes a defect in the bulk.

Brands without a complete pack usually start with our ODM blocks and convert them to OEM once the fit is proven — it is cheaper than developing a pattern from zero and discovering a grading problem at bulk.

How we hold tolerances

Measurements are checked against the approved size spec at inline, mid-line and final inspection, not only at the end. Critical dimensions on leggings — waistband relaxed and stretched, inseam, rise, thigh — are measured flat after relaxation, which is where most factories cut corners.

If a measurement drifts outside tolerance we either re-cut or flag it for your decision before packing. We do not ship a knowingly off-spec lot and hope it passes.

Fabric and trim sourcing

We can work with a fabric you nominate, or propose mill options that match your target hand-feel and price. Where a nominated fabric needs a minimum from the mill, that minimum flows into your order quantity — better to know it at quotation than at cutting.

Trims follow the same logic: elastic, thread, zips and heat-transfer logos all have their own minimums and lead times, and long-lead trims are the most common reason a bulk date slips.

What we need to quote OEM

Tech pack or a clear reference garment, target quantity per colour, destination country, and your in-hand date. With those four we can return fabric options, a quotation and a production calendar.

If your pack references a certification or test standard, tell us at quotation stage so the lab testing sits inside the timeline rather than after it.

Frequently asked

QCan you work from a photo only? +
A photo alone is not enough for OEM because fit and construction are invisible. Send a physical reference or let us develop a block first.
QDo you accept nominated fabric suppliers? +
Yes, subject to the mill's minimum order and lead time, which we will confirm before you commit.
QWho handles lab testing? +
We arrange testing at an accredited lab on request; the standard and cost are agreed before bulk starts.
QCan I change the spec after sampling? +
Yes, but changes after sample approval require a re-quote and may move the delivery date. We confirm both in writing.
